Flake
Vinyl flake broadcast into the base coat with a polyaspartic clear coat over the top. It hides what the concrete has been through and it adds grip, which is why it is the usual answer in a service bay and in a hangar.
Metallic
Pigment poured and worked while it cures, so the floor comes out with a marbled movement and no two are ever the same. It is a finish floor for a lobby, an office or a showroom, and gloss shows what a working floor hides.

Before you ask
How the price gets written.
What moves the number: the slab, the prep, the system, the timing. The written price comes after we see the floor.
The change order is where a cheap number turns expensive. We put the bad news in front of your signature instead.
The drawings or the slab
On new construction we price from the drawings and the spec section. On an existing slab the prep comes off the floor itself, so we walk it first.
The prep it needs
Grinding is not one setting. A failed coating, grease down in the pores and forklift rubber all come off before anything goes down, and that gets counted before you sign, not after.
The system you pick
Quartz, flake and metallic are not interchangeable, and the traffic usually picks it for you. We write down which one and why.
The timing you need
Inside we work year round, so your date decides the start. What the building can give up, and for how long, is settled on the site walk and written into the scope.

Two terms, and which one you get
Interior flake and quartz floors carry the 10-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty. Everything else, including all exterior work, carries the one-year workmanship warranty.*
*Terms and conditions apply, and our share of a repair steps down over the ten years. You get the full warranty in writing before you sign.
Straight answers
Questions facility managers ask us.
We walk the floor with you before anyone writes a number, and your schedule is part of that walk. What you can give up, and when, goes into the written scope before you sign, not into a conversation on the day.
That depends on the system and on the slab, so it comes in writing with the price. A resin floor does not dry, it cures, and you get three dates for your floor: foot traffic, wheels, fully hard.
A certificate of insurance is available on request. Ask for it when you ask for the price.
Our own crews install your floor. Tell us what your site requires: badging, escorts, hours. We answer it in writing before anyone shows up.
We bid from drawings for general contractors, often before a project goes public. Send the drawings or the square footage and we tell you straight whether it is ours.
